        About Me

 Welcome! My name is Jordan and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I graduated from Capella University and began my career working with crisis-oriented clients. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem or relationship/family issues, I am here to help. My goal is for you to gain confidence and understanding to improve your life in a variety of ways. If you want to stop feeling stuck, take control back of your life and find your purpose, I am here to guide you! As a mom of two, I believe that working on one's self is crucial to gaining more positive outcomes in your life.

 

  I am an energetic and warm therapist specializing in both CBT and Somatic Therapy. Working through struggles means working with both the mind and body to heal.

Individual Therapy       $120

The individual therapy sessions are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will work with you to develop coping strategies and empower you to achieve mental well-being.

Couples Therapy            $150 

Couples counseling is offered to help strengthen and improve relationships. I provide a neutral and non-judgmental space where couples can openly communicate and address their concerns. I focus on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering intimacy to promote a healthier and happier relationship.

Trauma Therapy           $120

Trauma therapy is designed to help individuals heal from past traumatic experiences. I utilize evidence-based techniques to guide you through the healing process. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can process your emotions, develop resilience, and regain control over your life.

Holistic Approach

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health. I understand that mental well-being is influenced by various factors, including physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. I integrate different therapeutic modalities to address the whole person, promoting balance, self-discovery, and personal growth.
